Dr. Farias graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia and completed the Residency Program and Master’s Degree in Small Animal Veterinary Clinic at the State University of São Paulo, Brazil. He then obtained his doctorate in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine – Federal University of Paraná and is currently an affiliate of both the European and Brazilian Society of Veterinary Dermatology, associate professor of veterinary dermatology and permanent researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Animal Science at Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, Brazil, with his main areas of research being immunopathology and dermatological infectology.
