Joseph Bend qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2016 with a diploma in small animal veterinary nursing. He then gained a nurse certificate in dentistry in 2022 before graduating with a top-up degree in Veterinary Nursing from Middlesex University in 2024. He is currently the Surgical Lead Nurse in a UK small animal hospital, where he oversees all aspects of surgical nursing, anesthesia, diagnostic imaging and dentistry.
