Dr. Rudinsky received his DVM degree from The Ohio State University (OSU) and undertook a small animal rotating internship at Purdue University before returning to complete a combined residency in internal medicine and MS degree at OSU. He is now on faculty at Ohio State as a staff internist and researcher after completing fellowships in mucosal immunology and microbial pathogenesis. He has received multiple teaching awards and hospital service awards, and his current clinical and research interests include chronic enteropathies, pancreatic and hepatic disease, mucosal immunology, and the intestinal microbiome.
