Penny Chao

Dr. Penny Chao graduated from the National Taiwan University, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She then moved to the United States to pursue a Master’s degree and started her career as a small animal practitioner as well as a research fellow at the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2013, Penny expanded her career path in a veterinary pharmaceutical company and later in Mars Pet Nutrition as a veterinary consultant. Along the way, she became a passionate advocate for the importance of pet nutrition, animal welfare and human-animal bonding. Dr. Chao joined Royal Canin in 2021 and currently holds the position of Scientific Communication Manager in the Taiwan and Hong Kong Cluster.
