Lara Fossati

Dr. Lara Fossati graduated in veterinary science from the University of Sydney in 2006. After graduation, she worked in general practice for 2 years, followed by a one-year internship at a specialist referral hospital in Sydney. Dr. Fossati obtained her credentials in Small Animal Medicine and continued in emergency, critical care and anesthesia for another 5 years. She moved to the United States in 2016 to attend a Small Animal Clinical Nutrition residency program at the University of California, Davis. Lara Fossati is now a board-certified veterinary nutritionist with the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She is also a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists. Since 2019, Dr. Lara Fossati has worked at Royal Canin headquarters.
