Dr. Martorelli graduated from Guarulhos University in 2005 and remained there to do a Residency in the Small Animal Medical Clinic before completing a Master’s degree at the University of São Paulo, studying proteinuria in diabetic dogs. She was awarded her PhD for nephrology research, with an emphasis on calcium and phosphorus metabolism, and currently works in small animal internal medicine with a focus on nephrology and urology.
