Dr. Xenoulis graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2003 and is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Science at the University of Thessaly and also an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University. He completed two doctoral theses (gaining his Dr.med.vet. and PhD) at the Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University, and is currently studying for his Diploma with the European College of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition. His research focuses on gastroenterology (mainly pancreatic diseases, intestinal microbiota and chronic enteropathies), nutrition and hyperlipidemia.
